RECURRING MANAGEMENT
Like a car needs an oil change or a home needs routine maintenance, even the best-built site needs a little upkeep. Your website relies on third-party tools that are constantly evolving. I build with longevity in mind, but updates, plugin shifts, and occasional bugs are inevitable. Recurring management ensures nothing slips through the cracks, keeping your site secure and functioning smoothly.
RECURRING MANAGEMENT
$80/checkup
- Monthly Website Audit: I’ll check for broken links, outdated content, or visual layout issues.
- Plugin & Theme Updates: All WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates managed safely.
- Security Check & Backups: If your host already provides it, I will check that your malware system and backups are functional.
- Minor Edits & Tweaks: Up to 15 minutes/month of light content edits or image swaps.
- Priority Support Access: You’ll get bumped to the top of the list for fixes or answering your questions.
Note: Routine maintenance costs are covered in this fee, but if there is a more extensive issue with your site, additional costs might apply. As always, solutions and pricing will be discussed first before taking action.

OUR PROCESS
1. INQUIRY
Start by filling out the Web Design Questionnaire. It helps us get a clear understanding of your needs, your audience, and your vision. Once submitted, we’ll connect and ensure we’re the right fit.
2. PROPOSAL
After our chat, I’ll send over a personalized recommendation and quote tailored to your goals. If everything feels aligned, I’ll follow up with a contract and invoice to secure your spot in the design calendar.
3. DESIGN
We’ll begin crafting your website! Websites tend to be a more intensive project so there will be a lot of discussions and check-ins along the way, but I will be with you the whole time. Each website includes two rounds of major revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the included two rounds are available at $100/hour.
4. DELIVERY
Once everything is finalized, you will receive your login instructions and offboarding information. Most web design projects take 5-7 weeks from start to finish, but can vary based on project scale.
FAQs
For web/domain hosting, I tend to recommend Hostinger (for WordPress/Elementor), Wix, or Shopify. Generally, I design using the builders Elementor (for WordPress), Wix, or Shopify.
I have chosen to mostly use these platforms due to their versatility and available SEO tools. Even if you do not plan to have SEO, ecommerce, etc., I always recommend a site that gives you the options so you don't have to rebuild later.
If you do not see your platform listed above, contact me! I might still be able to design for you or advise which platform will fit your needs.
I do not require a website to subscribe to a backup service or malware protection, but I do highly recommend to prevent hacking/malware (it's happened to some of my clients before!) or website restoration if your site breaks (also something that has happened to my clients).
Wix and Hostinger automatically backup their sites regularly. Shopify can provide backups through third-party platforms. If you wish to use another platform, let me know and we can discuss options for backups and malware protection.
Maybe. I leave this up to the discretion of the business owner. If you have a highly regulated industry (like the legal or medical industry), I do recommend using it to protect yourself and your business.
